Client Relations Assistant
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Client Relations Assistant in our Client Relations department. We’re a busy team over here at GBA so there will be plenty of opportunities to learn new skills while also showing us what you can already do.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Client Relations team and support GBA’s ongoing outreach goals. Provide administrative and research support for Client Relations team as assigned.
- Conduct online marketing research of new business leads to generate opportunities.
- Anticipate and prioritize team support needs based on current work flow for each individual.
- Maintain organizational effectiveness and efficiency within GBA’s CRM database system.
- Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process.
- Work with the Operations Manager to execute on internal company events such as happy hours, retreats and lunches.
- Assist with our marketing efforts; social media or website experience is a big plus!
Requirements:
- Proven interest in Client Relations, Business Development, Operations, and/or Marketing
- Can work independently and follow through on assignments with minimal direction
- Experience coordinating or assisting on at least 1-2 complex projects in school or professionally.
- Experience or proven interest in working in a creative environment
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Superb organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive and eager to learn by nature
Bonus points if you have:
- Strong Social Media writing skills
- An aptitude for Excel or CRM database system
- Experience in video production

COVID Note: We have been working remotely since March 2020, but will be transitioning to in office this fall. Our office is located in Old Town, Alexandria VA. Our office is located on the water, 10 minutes south of DC, in brand new space we just moved into late August 2021.
